Booking Terms & ConditionsReservations
We require valid credit/debit card details to secure a booking.
All major credit and debit cards accepted.
Check-in & Check Out
Check-in between is from 3:00pm – 9:00pm (other times by prior arrangement please).
Check-out is by 10:30am.
Cancellation
A deposit of £20 per room is required. The deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction ( after arrival date)the full cost of the booking is charged.
We will gladly give you a refund (less a £10 administration fee) if we are able to re-let your room.
We would recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any loss due to unforeseen cancellation.
Children under 4 can stay for free
